IT’S NOT JUST A TRADITION, IT’S A CLASSIC!
The Blue Ridge Classic is an annual lacrosse tournament that hosts teams from all across the southeast to compete for the bragging rights of best in their division.
The Blue Ridge Classic is the longest running tournament of its kind in the southeast. When the first tournament took place in 1994 with only a few teams, opportunities to play in the region were scarce and competition even moreso. The club pulled together everyone they knew in the region and invited them to Asheville for lacrosse, libations, and laughs. Since then, the tournament has grown rapidly. Today, the Blue Ridge Classic remains an annual celebration of the lacrosse community and competition.
